Basic English - Unit 1: hello everybody!
I. Introduction: The lesson belongs to Unit 1 – Hello everybody of New Headway elementary book. It introduces the basic knowledge about verb to be, possessive adjective, vocabulary about countries and plural nouns and the way to say hello and goodbye and introduce yourself.
II. Aims:
1. Knowledge:
-Knowing how to use verb to be “is/ am/ are” and possessive adjective “ my/ your/ his/ her”
-Understanding the vocabulary about countries.
-Knowing how to use plural nouns.
-Reviewing the number and alphabet.
2. Skill:
Reading the vocabulary fluently.
Practicing communicative skill to introduce yourself.
Practicing listening skill about number and alphabet.
3. Attitude:
- Paying attention to the lesson.
- Contributing the ideas to the lesson.
